“This message can’t be sent right now. Please try again later. The server cannot service this request right now”

Check the user hasn’t reached the daily limit of emails sent.

Make sure your contact has an email address associated with it.

Redownload the address book

Step 1: Open Outlook and click the Send/Receive tab from the menu bar.

Step 2: Click on Send/Receive Groups and select Download Address Book from the drop-down list.

Move the mailbox to a different exchange database
